Are you interested in dancing? Have you had difficulty finding an event to show off your skills? Look no more - come and visit our club!
Before each dance, we have an hour long lesson, featuring a specific dance. This is a wonderful way to learn new moves and then practice them right away at the dance following the lesson.
It's dance weekend! Join us this Saturday, August 19th from 6:00pm - 10:00pm for a wonderful night of dancing and fun. We will be having a "Picnic" theme so that we can enjoy the end of our summer - thank you Dana Uesry for volunteering to do the decorations! We can't wait to see you dressed up in your best summer, relaxed outfit - feel free to wear jeans.
Abracadabra Ballroom Dancing's own Amy Hardy will be teaching the lesson at 6:00pm in addition to spinning the tunes for us!
Don't forget we will have a "split the pot" raffle and a raffle for a gift basket also.
We have spots open for decoration volunteers, please be sure to sign up so that you can be a part of the fun! We are also looking for volunteers to donate gift baskets for the monthly raffles. Please reach out and let us know which month you would like to volunteer.
If you haven't paid your membership dues yet, now is the time to do it. It is $50 for the year - where else can you go for a night out at that price, let alone for a year? If you are not a member yet, be sure to talk with Charlie Bailey at the door so that you can officially join - we love to keep growing our group and we can't wait to see you on Saturday!
Admission for guests is $6 for the first visit, and $12 afterwards.
